Job Description

We are seeking a HR Manager to join our team at Our Oak Ridge Cooperate Office!

Bachelor's Degree with human resources or related experience preferred.

HR Designation such as PHR or SHRMP-CP preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems.
• Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
• Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff
• Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data
• Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of the organizations.
• Represent organizations at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
• Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Strong leadership qualities
