As an R&D Chemist you will be required to:

• Analyze organic and inorganic compounds to determine chemical and physical properties, involving the application of established laboratory methods and techniques
• Conduct research on manufactured ink products to develop and improve products
• Collect and record data and report results

Qualifications

TO PERFORM YOUR JOB AS EXPECTED, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO:

• Have a bachelors degree in Chemistry or equivalent
• Demonstrate strong Math and Science skills
• Be Proficient with record-keeping
• Strong fundamental knowledge in chemistry and chemical laboratory practices is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team oriented

IN ADDITION TO THESE QUALIFICATIONS, WE WILL CONSIDER AS A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:

• Previous experience with printing ink, paint or coatings chemistry is preferred
• 5 years related experience preferred
• SAP experience
