    IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.

    Our client is looking for a .NET Developer. The resources will act as a developer and analyst in an agile environment on a small development team to write and test code to implement the user stories and requirements for various ongoing new development and maintenance projects.

    Tasks

    • Maintenance and Support development tasks.
    • Assist with development of new applications.
    • Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required :

    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Be autonomous and think creatively.
    • Great interpersonal skills and can be collaborative.

    NOTE: Candidates MUST be currently local at time of submission. Hiring manager is not interested in anyone who needs to relocate to accept an offer. The position will be hybrid in office, 2 days a week. ** NO remote only option. Candidates MUST be US Citizen or Green Card holder as this position has the potential for contract to hire.**

    Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)

    Contract: 1 year w/poss. C2H

    Skills Required :

    • 10+ years - Overall Programmer Analyst experience.
    • 5+ years - .NET CORE 3.1 or higher (6.0 preferred) and C# experience.
    • 5+ years - Experience with Agile/SCRUM processes and working for a Sprint Development team.
    • 3+ years - Experience working with Azure DevOps / TFS using boards and code repository.
    • Bachelor’s Degree
