    Our client is looking for two (2) Application support Specialists to provide support for end users of a suite of business applications including vendor and custom developed software. The primary function of these roles is to support staff with their technology needs.

    NOTE : C andidates must be local or willing to relocate at their own expense prior to starting. Position will be on-site 5 days a week One position will be on-location in Troy and the other will be on-location in Rochester Hills.

    Locations: Troy & Rochester Hills, MI

    Contract: 1 year

    Tasks

    • Respond to and resolve technological issues for court staff (including judges and judicial staff).
    • Ability to learn the application, and other Court specific line of business technologies, with the aim of supporting business users in their day-to-day use of the system.
    • Assist with implementation of the State of Michigan’s e-File application and help end users navigate learning and using the system post-go-live.
    • Interface with County IT team on incidents and problems that need higher level technical support.
    • Assist judges, staff, etc. with the use of the Zoom tool, and troubleshooting issues as they arise throughout the day.
    • Enter bugs/defects into DevOps and look up status as needed.
    • Enter/manage tickets in the CA Service Center tool as needed.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

    • Interpersonal skills - Will need to be personable with staff and judges, and maintain a professional communication style and demeanor

    Environment: Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, CA Service Desk Knowledge Tools and Dashboard, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Zoom

    Skills Required:

    • 3-5 years - Experience supporting a document management system, including scan outputs, uploading, downloading, and file management
    • 3+ years - Experience supporting Zoom including user support and troubleshooting issues.
    • 3-5 years - Experience providing support to end users
    • 3-5 years - Experience documenting IT policies and practices
    • 3-5 years - Experience with Office suite including Visio

    Skills Desired – A plus to have:

    • Knowledge of Azure DevOps
    • Knowledge of SharePoint
    • Experience managing tickets in CA Service Desk or a similar took (Jira or Service Now)
