Hospitality Group is seeking experienced Event Planner for the following tasks which are not limited to:

To sell events by guiding, planning and organizing events to exceed potential client’s vision and needs.

Work with the operations manage, Maitred service staff to ensure that the event details, time lines are followed.

Communicate with the Host of the event to ensure satisfaction.

Target business in Brooklyn, Staten Island, New Jersey as well as Manhattan. Team building events should be one focus.

Book social sales for the respective property.

Cross-sell all venues depending on needs of any clients.

Create and execute in house events.

Suggest and help implement creative ideas to keep our facilities above the rest.
