REQUIREMENTS

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership
• IP litigation experience
• Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills
Preferred
• Relevant IP industry experience
• Trial or appellate argument experience
• Experience with ITC Section 337 investigations or TTAB/PTAB proceedings
