You will be as a Sr. Salesforce Lead Developer, holds responsibilities for the analysis, design, develop, test, and deploy the enterprise level solutions for our client.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations and ability to hit the ground running Working knowledge of large, enterprise level Salesforce Instance(s) on Multiple Orgs Working knowledge of developing customer-facing interfaces LWC; Cloud Lightening interface Working knowledge of configuring SF Customer community Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM Cloud platforms. Excellent communication skills, strong problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills Designing and developing functionalities and web integration using Apex Proficient in Apex, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Native, and user interfaces using VisualForce pages and API knowledge Working knowledge of Force.com IDE to deploy and migrate applications Utilizing Eclipse as a platform for development, testing and code deployment Working experience implementing Nintex Drawloop, and optimizing, OwnBackup and Apryse/PDFTron integrations Working knowledge of prototyping (POC) techniques and sand box development to gain design approval from clients Working knowledge of performing application development services on a project using iterative/Agile development process -Must possess experience with Salesforce analysis (ability to lead application solution design), objects, workflow and Integrations -Ability to translate business requirements to the functional capabilities and map to technical components Preferred Skills -Hands-on experience providing mentoring and/or training on advanced architectural concepts to Salesforce developers and engineers. -Hands-on experience in SQL, Apex, LWC, Java and VisualForce, using git source control and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack, etc. -Experience with any Cloud services and Lightning, large enterprise development and release procedures

• Must have experience in performance tuning, Governor / Rate Limits, working with Salesforce technical teams

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) Salesforce Advanced / Administrator / Developer / App Builder certifications Experienced in integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce Experience with LWC, and Lightning Components Experience with large enterprise development and release procedures Experience with Salesforce AWS integration
