Senior Specialist of Marketing
The Senior Specialist of Marketing will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager of Marketing in the implementation and execution of the marketing department’s national, site-level marketing and local marketing initiatives and campaigns across both digital and traditional channels. The Senior Specialist of Marketing will work closely with our corporate marketing team, film, event sales and operations team as a key contributor in the successful launch of marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
Support the marketing department’s initiatives and campaign execution across national and local programs
Liaise with departments, local partners and agencies to ensure the proper implementation of marketing programs and strategies
Supports Senior Manager of Marketing with coordinating and implementing strategies across digital channels including Email, SEO, Local Listings, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Online Radio and Programmatic, as well as traditional channels including OOH, Print and Broadcast
Manages onsite marketing including digital displays, music and more
Oversees marketing campaign calendar
Analyze market trends and competition including pricing and advertising tactics
Assist with logistics for campaigns, site launches and marketing driven events
Supports online shop fulfillment and online Guest Services support
Assists team with administrative work including invoicing, inventory management and more

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, 40+ hours/week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing or related field
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Demonstrated strong communication, project management and organizational competency
Experience working with high volume, detailed work processes and deadlines
Ability to work cooperatively with internal departments and external agencies/vendors
Proven success managing various projects
Industry experience in hospitality, entertainment or luxury products preferred
Experience with SendGrid or similar email service provider (ESP) a plus
Experience with YEXT or similar platform preferred
Experience with analysis and reporting of digital and traditional marketing efforts
