Responsibilities: • Source motivated buyers to grow and maintain the buyers' list • Analyze the market trends to guide pricing strategies and boost company profitability • Administer properties in accordance with policies to maximize sales • Nurture strong connections with buyers and give them excellent customer service • Issue periodic reports regarding sales performance • Constantly monitor properties and track the progress of sales • Construct and implement plans to optimize the company's profitability • Maintain important data in the CRM system • Update CRM data and progress daily • Perform other duties as needed Qualifications: • A minimum of 1 year of real estate experience • Must have a valid real estate license in either Massachusetts or New Hampshire • Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment with many projects at once • Communication skills should be persuasive while having the ability to "sell", not just inform • Must be a strong believer in the company's core values of authenticity, responsibility, and excellence • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are necessary for this job Compensation: $60,000+ (Commission based yearly salary)
