    Marketing Operations Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION & DUTIES

    Integrated Practice Solutions, Inc. (dba ChiroTouch), a fast-growing and leading healthcare software company, is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager. In this role, you will have primary responsibility for technical implementation of the marketing tech stack including integration and implementing best practices, creating scalable processes that ensure best practices in website management, lead generation and database management. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once.

    Primary responsibilities include hands-on maintenance, optimization and development within the marketing automation platforms, and CRM technology integrations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in introducing and implementing best practice systems and processes that will streamline and optimize the marketing operations engine.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure proper functionality of key marketing systems used to generate, distribute and report leads.
    • Act as Marketing’s technical expert leading the company’s marketing automation platform, project management software, CRM, and other applications such as chat and scheduling tools.
    • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign tracking and lead flow/score management.
    • Create and maintain reports and dashboards within Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, Google Analytics to measure on marketing and sales initiatives, channels, effectiveness, and business impact.
    • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing databases including lead scoring models, data governance, technical processes and workflows.
    • Evaluate new technologies and strategies to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
    • Instrument Marketing-Sales Funnels by defining lead targets, conversion stages, conversion percentages, funnel velocity and business revenue targets. Create the reporting infrastructure needed to be able to regularly report on the funnel metrics.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    MUST HAVE:

    • Ability to execute advanced Pardot, HubSpot and Salesforce development and integrations

    • Strong understanding of marketing campaign reporting, lead flow and analytics

    • Hands on in-depth experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

    • Ability to recognize a process gap, and propose and implement an appropriate resolution

    • Ability to implement and optimize a lead score model

    • Attention to detail and follow through in communications with key stakeholders

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and priorities

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing experience

    • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience

    NICE TO HAVE:

    • Certifications in Salesforce, Pardot and Hubspot

    • Software industry experience

    • Google Analytics certified

    • Intermediate knowledge WordPress CMS as it relates to lead flow
