Job Description

The UNARMED Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of customers, employees, and property. This includes patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance footage, and responding to any security-related incidents or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED
• Greeting Customers and showing presence
• Patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and property.
• Abide to Campus Policies (use of cellphone, breaks, patrolling)
• Document and report any security-related incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with security systems and equipment
• Must have an ACTIVE security license.
• MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY
