Salesforce Data Modeling Lead

Immediate and remote opening for a Salesforce Data Modeling Lead to work with Salesforce Data Cloud / Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiatives.

This role is fully Remote

Desired Experience:

· Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Salesforce Customer Data Platform (CDP)

· Strong SQL knowledge, and experience with source to target data mapping

· Experience working with ER Studio along with other Data Modeling tools

· Understanding of Conceptual Data Modeling and Logical Data Modeling

Responsibilities:

· Provide strategic input, suggest alternatives, and guide the team with innovative solutions.

· Lead developers in quality assurance exercises, ensuring thoroughly tested code before production deployment.

· Create proof-of-concepts and mockups to test and prove concepts. Able to present POCs and conduct code reviews.

· Lead design and solution development for assigned stories/work for both onsite and offshore teams. Stay well-connected with the offshore team's codebase to answer design and code review questions.

· Act as the primary contact point for the IST (Indian Standard Time) team, addressing any questions during agreed upon IST hours.
