Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer with a unique background in mechanical or structural engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing advanced 3D software applications utilizing C++, OpenGL, C#, and WPF. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize software solutions tailored to the biomedical domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain 3D software applications for biomedical devices and systems.

Utilize C++, OpenGL, C#, and WPF to create intuitive user interfaces and immersive user experiences.

Integrate CAD software and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools into software solutions for simulation and analysis purposes.

Collaborate with mechanical and structural engineers to understand system requirements and ensure seamless integration between software and hardware components.

Implement efficient algorithms for real-time rendering, visualization, and data processing.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of software applications.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in software engineering, 3D graphics, and biomedical technology to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on 3D software design and development.

Proficiency in C++, OpenGL, C#, and WPF, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

Experience with CAD software packages such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.

Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) techniques and software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus) is highly desirable.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical software solutions.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
