Job Description:
We are looking to hire 8 Business Analyst with at least 5+ years of IT experience and claims experience
We looking for BAs with at least 5+ years of experience
The project is already inflight and is a fast paced and complex project with clear deadlines.
Claims experience is needed for this role. Any Dental claims experience would be a bonus.
It will be very important for the BAs to be independent, self-starters and self-learners, with a proven delivery track record of managing their business analysis deliverables within a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to influence others.
The project methodology is following a hybrid approach. The idea is the BAs will be documenting requirements in a more "waterfall" approach, (business and functional requirements document).
Strong attention to detail.
