Position: Property Administrator Location: Washington, DC Clearance: TS/SCI
Job Description: iQuasar is seeking a cleared Property Administrator to join our team in Washington, DC. The position will reside on-site with the Government customer and requires an active TS/SCI clearance.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate property control activities to ensure continual accountability of Government or associate contractor property in accordance with applicable Government Regulations or organization policies/procedures
Build positive and stable working relationships internally and externally while maintaining oversight of contractor property administrators and/or the associate contractor representatives who have responsibility for property in their possession
Track, monitor, and report the status and usage of all accountable property, Government Furnished, Government Off the Shelf (GOTS), Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS), Life Safety Backbone, and consumable products in accordance with Federal Regulations
and/or customer requirements
Prepare required reports and documents in compliance with Government Regulations, associate contractor requirements, and organization policies/procedures
Conduct or audit periodic inventories and maintain records in accordance with relevant Government Regulations, associate contractor requirements, and organization policies/procedures
Coordinate activities related to the disposition of accountable and consumable products
Develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, utilizing policies and practices for guidance. Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Responsible for providing administrative support to assigned units or departments assuming relatively independent action
Perform specialized administrative duties requiring in-depth knowledge of division policies, procedures, departmental operations, organizational structures, and services
Mentor/train other department supply technicians and or property custodians
Project manage administrative property administration and inventory projects with limited supervision
Identify trends, analyze problems, and recommend alternatives for assigned tasks
Initiate follow-up and appropriate action to expedite and facilitate department work processes and task completion
Collect, compile, record, input, sort, and format information for departmental/division reports, tracking data, and other applications
Manage electronic database in support of managing a physical and/or electronic inventory
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
Associate degree in accounting, business, finance, management or related field
Five or more years of relevant property management, acquisition, and logistics support, including the inventory of accountable and non-accountable property, sanitizing information from equipment, and procurement
Two years of DoD experience
DPAS proficiency and experience
MS Office with Excel proficiency
Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or related field
