    Position Title: ServiceNow Developer

    Location: Washington DC (Hybrid)

    Responsibilities:

    Install ServiceNow instance core setup and configuration and customizations

    Contribute to roadmap and strategy presentations that align to organizational goals and resources.

    Participate in the full SDLC Requirements Gathering, Analysis, design, coding, testing, training, and operational support using agile methodologies

    Work with process owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional requirements within ServiceNow and propose resolution and design suggestions

    Designing solutions to enhance IT service requests in the Service Request Management module by developing JavaScript programs and workflows

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's with 10+ years (or commensurate experience)

    10 years of ServiceNow development and administration experience implementing and supporting foundational, ITSM and ITOM Process groups.

    Experience in designing, developing, and implementing of ServiceNow Platform

    Experience working with process owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional requirements and configuration settings within ServiceNow

    Experience working with process owners to schedule jobs, events, and triggers to manage business needs and handle background work

    Expertise in designing, developing, and deploying configured IT, Customer and

    Employee workflows to automate business processes.

    Good working knowledge of Java Scripting and web technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and jQuery)

    Proficient in SOA and Web Services, including REST & SOAP concepts
