CORE FOCUS:

iQuanti has a full-time role for a Content Strategist.

We specialize in providing our clients with relevant content that drives organic and paid performance to earn new customers, engage existing customers, and support key business objectives across enterprise financial services organizations.

The strategist’s work will mostly consist of understanding a keyword landscape to build strategies and tactics to build or optimize client pages to deliver relevant content for organic search. Beyond building great briefs to support these updates, our strategists regularly work directly with clients to understand needs and explain our approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The person in this role will:
• Write clear, rich copy (and meta-copy) relevant to the intent behind targeted keyword sets.
• Research intent for targeted keywords to build content briefs (strategies & recommendations) for new pages and optimization briefs for existing pages.
• Manage freelance writers, including editing and building project guides to ensure quality and alignment with client needs.
• Meet with clients to explain rationale behind strategy and align with any notes of brand voice, tone, or style.
• Provide feedback to solidify our existing content workflow process and elevate the level of any content deliverables.
• Contribute to other content needs across iQuanti, including company marketing, product marketing, and SME thought leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:

• The requirements for this role include:
• 7+ years of content writing and/or content strategy experience that include SEO objectives.
• Exceptional ability to write concise and informative copy that introduces readers to a complex subject.
• Experience managing and editing writers to align with business objectives and brand requirements.
• Exceptional ability to audit current pages for organic best practices and provide guidance to optimize pages for organic performance.
• Capacity to generously accept and implement feedback.

GREAT-TO-HAVES:

• You’ll jump to the front of the pack if you can demonstrate:
• Previous experience writing online content for major financial service brands.
• Knowledge and understanding of current SEO best practices for content development.
• An analytical approach to complement your conceptual and creative abilities.
• An appetite for simplifying complex workstreams with proactive creative solutions.
• Agency experience working directly with clients.
