    Our rapidly growing real estate company is seeking a qualified Digital Marketer to manage the marketing efforts of our firm.  Our mission is to create a first class buying and selling experience for all of our clients. We are seeking a Digital Marketer who is passionate about helping us reach our objectives and support the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategy, branding, story-telling, design, copywriting, and data analytics (the in-depth tracking on marketing efforts).  We are seeking someone who adheres to the highest ethical standards, possesses impeccable attention to detail and exhibits an exceptional professional manner. Responsibilities: • Design all digital and print marketing • Work directly with the President and COO to develop strategies to increase lead generation and execute on the strategies • Understand Key Performance Indicators and measure performance • Manage digital marketing (PPC, SEO, Social) campaigns • Manage print campaigns (direct mail, traditional media, etc) • Manage social media accounts and ad campaigns • Copy-write as necessary • Understand all facets of marketing for the IRBY Group • Daily, weekly, monthly reporting Qualifications: • Extremely proficient in excel or google sheets • Graphic design • PPC • Social media strategy • Customer service • Superb oral and written communication • COACHABLE with a strong desire to learn and follow processes • Results goals orientated • Financially driven by a motivation to learn • Smart and well presented with a professional demeanor • Excellent communication skills • Natural sales and networking ability • Hard-working, self-motivated and highly organized • Focused and competitive • Excellent work ethic – punctual and reliable Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 yearly
