This IRBY Warrior is responsible for building our client base of potential investment property buyers who are searching for real estate to build their wealth. The Inside Sales Representative is a strong communicator with radical problem-solving skills who will relentlessly focus on matching our inventory with the right investor. The qualified candidate will be a skilled negotiator possessing a boldness and dedication to always ask for the close. This role will require attendance at area networking events to leverage IRBY within the community and build a sphere of influence to poise IRBY as the top real estate problem-solving company in the area. Guaranteed Training Pay - Monthly Draw - Consistent Sales Training - Winning Culture Responsibilities: • Qualifying leads, setting appointments, and working the IRBY sales process to facilitate successful deals • Maintain detailed notes on each interaction with our clients in the company CRM • Focus on revenue-driving activities • Set weekly commitments and execute to achieve consistent productivity • Respond to leads quickly and effectively through various communication channels • Attend networking events and utilize social media and sphere of influence to grow investor base • Qualify and convert prospects into clients • Commit to a growth mindset always pursuing excellence Qualifications: • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • Familiarity with CRM or ability to learn new systems quickly • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on positive solutions • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • 3+ years sales experience • Proven negotiation skills • Must pass a background check Compensation: $100,000+
