    Job Description

    We are currently seeking the best customer service professional in the creative field. Come to IRIS Studios and help us train and inspire current staff in fantastic customer service! As a body piercing provider, we realize that the most important aspect of our company is actually the staff in our jewelry gallery. We are looking for someone with vast experience in customer service along with the desire to train staff in two of our studios. 

    We are looking to fill two positions:

    • Gallery Curator
    • Gallery Supervisor

    Here are some bullet points for what we are looking for to make sure that you are the right fit:

    • customer service experience (even better if you have experience leading a team to customer service success)
    • full time hours
    • ability to self motivated and inspire others
    • ability to work with Microsoft Office suite, Google Sheets and Docs
    • work hours that are 12noon to 8pm, 5 days a week
    • ability to use multiple communication channels
      • Google Business Chat
      • Apple Business Chat
      • Reviews and feedback software
      • Outlook
      • Texting through online software and through mobile phone
        • must be able to convey emotion and excitement through verbiage
    • creative eye for custom jewelry (gemstones, gold colors, etc)
    • ability to provide an unforgettable customer service experience 
      • an example would be someone that works at a 5-star luxury hotel, we are looking for that level of service
