    Position: HR Specialist Location: IRISS HQ - Bradenton, FL Reports To: HR Manager

    Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in HR.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist with job postings and sourcing candidates.

    Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.

    Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.

    Support HR team in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.

    Help maintain positive employee relations by fostering a supportive work environment.

    Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

    Assist with the preparation and processing of HR documents, such as employment contracts and performance reviews.

    Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

    Track and report on employee training and development activities.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.
