    Position: Digital Marketing Manager

    Location: IRISS HQ - Bradenton, FL

    Reports To: VP Sales and Marketing

    The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to drive online traffic and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

    Responsibilities

    Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads and sales.

    Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.

    Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and engaging digital content across various platforms.

    Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

    Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend innovative strategies to achieve business objectives.

    Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies and vendors as needed.

    Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.

    Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.

    Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing roles, with a track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing strategies.

    Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

    Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and proficiency in data analysis to drive decision-making.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

    Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
