Job Description

We are seeking experienced maintenance technicians to fill full time openings within our company. Approximately 3-5 years experience in the construction or general building maintenance trades is required. The position requires work in a wide variety of locations throughout San Diego County from Otay to Oceanside. Each Technician must possess basic tools of the trade (including a cordless set and hand tools), and a reliable truck or SUV capable of carrying materials and equipment to and from job sites. A monthly vehicle allowance will be provided.

The successful candidate will possess a wide variety of basic skills including painting, electrical, plumbing, welding, and carpentry. Must be a self-starter, work well alone, and be capable of problem solving repair work assignments. Starting wage will be determined by experience.

Qualifications

• 5-10 Years’ experience in general construction with emphasis in rough carpentry
• Reliable truck capable of hauling ladders and materials
• Complete set of tools relevant to the construction trade
• Willingness to travel from Otay to Oceanside
• Experience as a job lead or supervisor preferred
• English speaking is a must
• Ability to communicate well and operate modern phones and tablets
• Verifiable references
• Valid driver's license

COMPENSATION:  UP TO $47,000 D.O.E.

VACATION AND SICK PAY + MONTHLY VEHICLE ALLOWANCE
