Job Description

We are seeking a Dispute Processor with prior knowledge of credit repair disputing and halk like attention to detail. Looking to hire someone who brings effective dispute tactics with proven results.

We are looking for an experienced credit specialist to:

• Analyze credit reports - identify harmful accounts and behaviors

• Create dispute letters - provide general credit education and tips to clients

• Process disputes on a weekly basis and monthly follow up for over 200 clients

• Update client accounts 

• Must know how to update files monthly and communicate with clients via phone/email/and-or text

• Ability to navigate between several different software platforms

• Prior experience using the Credit Repair Cloud software

• Fluent writing skills in English

• Strong eye for detail

• Knowledge of credit and finances is preferred but not required

Ensuring that the information and privacy of clients are well secured

This is a part-time position (20 plus hours a week) that can easily grow into full time. Additional Requirements: PRIOR CREDIT REPAIR DISPUTE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH (must speak, write, understand English) Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel. Credit Admin software a plus.

Have access to working computer and stable internet with no background interference

Qualifications

 • Knowledge of information security and privacy

• Deep knowledge of the laws affecting credit and credit repair

• Understanding the factors that make up a credit score • Understanding the credit repair process in depth • Understanding government agencies involved in consumer rights • Knowing the definitions of industry-specific terms • Staying aware of the State’s credit repair laws and bond requirements for credit repair organizations and debt collectors

•High analytical and problem-solving skills to figure out the issues with consumers’ credit, cleaning up their credit reports so they can begin improving their credit

• Good working internet connection and computer
