    Job Description

    About the Role

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy IS Systems Support Specialist to join our Information Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise applications and systems, ensuring optimal functionality and end-user satisfaction. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels.

    This position is seated in our Corporate office, downtown Spokane. Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Install, configure, and maintain enterprise systems and applications.
    • Monitor system performance and perform diagnostics to ensure reliability.
    • Collaborate with IS teams and stakeholders to implement improvements and resolve issues.
    • Manage software updates, patches, and system upgrades.
    • Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and user manuals.
    • Resolve escalated helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in application/system administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Certifications such as ITIL 4 or Microsoft preferred.
    • Experience with SolidWorks (including PDM) and AutoDesk CAD Software is a plus.

    Skills & Abilities

    • Advanced troubleshooting and technical problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in MS Office/365, SharePoint, Microsoft Management Experience, Entra, InTune, and Exchange.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Collaborative team player with a customer-service mindset and global team orientation.

    Additional Information

    • Travel up to 20% (domestic & international) may be required; must have or be able to obtain a valid U.S. passport.
    • Must be able to sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and use office/computer equipment regularly.
    • Work may occasionally involve exposure to manufacturing environments and PPE usage.

    Additional Information

    The minimum and maximum hourly range for this full-time position is $26.44 - $32.69 + benefits.

    Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in this posted role reflect the base salary only and do not include bonus or benefits.
