You’ll be standing shoulder to shoulder with industry makers and company builders.

     

    Position

    EngoPlanet is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our North American sales team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence in designated regions. Your primary focus will be on selling our innovative solar products to municipalities, government agencies, corporate clients, and potential distributors. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.

     

    What You Will Do

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion in the assigned region.
    • Identify and target potential clients, including municipalities, government agencies, corporate clients, and distributors.
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the market.
    • Present and demonstrate the benefits and features of EngoPlanet's solar products to clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective product positioning, pricing, and marketing strategies.
    • Identify and pursue government grants, subsidies, and funding opportunities to support sales efforts.
    • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of EngoPlanet's product portfolio and industry standards.
    • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
    • Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities in the region.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote EngoPlanet's products.
    • Collaborate with distributors, if available, to maximize sales potential and support their efforts.
    • Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and sales strategies.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

     

    What You Will Need to Succeed

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure industry.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
    • Experience in selling to government agencies, municipalities, or corporate clients is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with government grants, tenders, and subsidy programs is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned region and attend industry events as needed.
    • Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software.
