    We profile customers using proprietary gamified tools that reveal each investor’s unique preferences and behaviors. Our approach is underpinned by the latest in human-centered design, behavioral economics, and decision science research, leading to more predictive and compliant measures than psychology-based questionnaires.     Enterprise Sales Director (North America)

     

    Are you comfortable challenging customer mindsets to shake up their status quo? Do you get fired up by engaging financial services executive leaders with new ideas? Do your current clients consider you to be both an advisor and sales leader?

     

    We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial enterprise sales director who will be responsible for driving and closing a portfolio of client opportunities in the North American wealth management, consumer investment and insurance verticals.

     

    The ideal candidate will have a track record of being a consultative seller. You’ll have used an insight-led sales approach (e.g., Challenger) to catalyze change inside enterprise customer organizations, with an ability to build consensus among diverse decisionmakers in enterprise buying teams. You will have consulted, on or even been a part of, digital transformation.

     

    We have our sights set on transforming the way that financial services firms understand and engage with their clients. If you share a passion for learning, want to drive change and have a bias for action, you’re who we’re looking for.

     

    You would join our team full time and be based in the North America (ideally Eastern seaboard, but we have flexibility there).

     

     

    Responsibilities

     

    Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Apply consultative, insight-led sales strategies to open new leads in our funnel.
    • Equip change agents to make the case for change and build consensus around change paths that lead to Capital Preferences solutions
    • Submit proposals and sign new contracts
    • Manage, forecast, and report your sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
    • Reflect and recognize patterns in commercial conversations, and collaborate with Capital Preferences’ commercial and product teams to capitalize on new go-to-market opportunities

     

     

    Experience and Skills

    • Experience in enterprise software sales or consulting/transformation projects in the wealth management industry, consumer investments or insurance
    • Proven ability to challenge and teach executives new ways of viewing their own business
    • Worthy network of contacts in the wealth management and/or consumer investment or insurance space
    • Strong intellect, empathetic personality, passionate, competitive
    • Track record of closing six figure proofs of concept, and spring boarding into larger, multi-year deals
