Position
EnGoPlanet is seeking a dedicated and skilled Junior Finance & Administrative Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for overseeing the company’s financial operations and administrative functions, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness as we scale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, accounting, budgeting, and providing administrative support to enhance our operational processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the management and growth of a pioneering clean energy company.
What You Will Do
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance department, including but not limited to, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial and administrative reporting.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and effective accounting procedures.
- Provide administrative support, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and supporting HR tasks such as onboarding new hires.
- Work closely with senior management to develop financial strategies and ensure fiscal health of the organization.
- Assist in financial analysis and planning to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage payroll, invoicing, and expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Work with external auditors and accountants during audits or financial assessments.
- Play a key role in financial negotiations and manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a finance management role, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.
- Experience working with Cin 7 ERP (highly desirable).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
