Department Accounting Reporting Accounting Manager Skills - Attention to detail and well-organized. - Excellent communication; interpersonal, verbal, and written. - Excellent problem-solving and data analysis. - Prioritization of duties. - Quick learner - Good time management skills. - Continuous improvement mindset. - Ability to sit in front of a computer looking at a computer screen for long periods of time. Key Responsibilities: * Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. * Perform full cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Reconcile AR & AP to general ledger. * Adhere to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines. * Update financial data in an accurate and a timely manner. * Support Accounting Manager and Controller. * As needed, assist with other accounting projects.
