    Reporting to the VP, the construction sales representative will be responsible for generating sales and maintaining client relationships within the construction industry. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with the company’s services.     Essential Job Responsibilities

    Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

    Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and bids.

    Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client requirements are met.

    Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the VP of Sales.

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

    Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

    Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.

    Essential Requirement

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction sales or a related field.

    Preferred: 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of successful sales in the construction industry.

    Strong understanding of the construction industry and crane services.

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
