Island is seeking fun, hardworking, and qualified people to join our growing Brand Ambassador team We are looking for Brand Ambassadors interested in an active lifestyle, hiking, surfing, skateboarding, yoga, health & wellness along with a passion for cannabis! Island is a brand that prides itself in the finest cannabis, pre-rolls, vapes, and concentrates. We are vertically integrated with farms through California and our brand and business are growing more with each day!

We’re looking for hard-working and motivated individuals to join our Ambassador team and help grow Island in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Orange County. We are looking for full-time & part-time Brand Ambassadors and top ambassadors earn $17 - $20 an hour + bonuses. Will provide you with all the training and resources you need to be highly successful. Plus, you can get started right away!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Works well and thrives in a social environment.
• Maintain an upbeat attitude while working in a team-oriented environment.
• Effectively communicate and work with all levels of staff and management.
• Highly organized and extreme attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply product-related information in a professional manner.
• High level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 or older
• Strong social media presence on multiple platforms
• Experience creating online content
• Professional attitude
• An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people
• Experience in retail sales is a plus
• Proficiency in excel and word is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Will be required to travel
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. when required
