Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Production team on new brand/product launches by coordinating with manufacturing, design, & marketing to produce detailed project timelines and deliverable schedules

• Manage all finished goods, materials, and packaging inventory levels, including performance metrics/tracking across manufacturing sites and vendors

• Oversee process to ensure inventory and orders are completed accurately and on time, including holding weekly, cross-functional inventory management meetings

• Become subject matter expert on seed to sale tracking system, Metrc and inventory management system DEAR

• Run weekly reporting for inventory levels, sell through data, and on time delivery performance

• Engage in continuous improvement to develop planning accuracy and efficiency

• Wear lots of hats, including occasional handling some administrative duties

QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain

• At least two (2) years verifiable work experience

• Interest in the cannabis industry / working in a startup environment

• Desire to grow within a role

• Strong analytical/spreadsheet and technical skills required

• Willingness to learn new system(s)

• Understanding of basic project management tools & planning operations

• Strong communication and leadership skills, including self motivation

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a high level of integrity

• Previous planning or project management experience preferred

• Travel 15% of the time may be required
