Summary

We are currently seeking skilled Precision Machinists with experience in CNC Mill and Lathe operations. Proficiency in setting up and programming Mazak mills and lathes is a must. The ability to interpret blueprints, along with basic computer and mathematical skills, is also required. While primarily looking to fill 2nd shift positions, we will consider 1st shift for exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment setup and operation according to provided blueprints.
• Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of all machines, adhering to a set schedule.
• Strictly comply with safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct secondary tasks such as deburring or quality checks as needed.
• Seeking applicants for the second shift – Monday to Thursday, from 3:30 pm to 2:00 am.
• This role offers a starting hourly rate of $20.00. Any additional compensation will be determined based on previous experience, knowledge, skills, and ability.*

Education Level:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.

Must-Haves

• Prior CNC machining experience.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and utilizing measurement equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and hand gauges.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English, including detailed safety rules, operating and warning instructions, procedure manuals, and product label identification.

Additional Requirements:

• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and willingness to undergo necessary physical examinations.
• Readiness to wear Personal Protective Equipment as required.

Good to Have

• Experience in management or team leading roles.
