Job Description

REO Supervisor will be responsible for managing and disposing of single-family homes (1-4 units). The REO Supervisor must work well with real estate agents to market the properties, appraisal and title companies, and closing agents to ensure properties are moving through the disposition process as smoothly as possible at all times. The REO Supervisor's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Oversight of REO Technicians to include training, production, updating system of record with daily information obtained, assessment of work product, and issuance of work orders for services · Ensure high quality vendors are selected for work assignments, based on previous work quality and vendor scorecards.
· Work closely with Technicians and Management staff to resolve escalated issues or concerns · Compile client and management required reporting.
· Experience with reviewing closing documents to ensure they are error free and oversee correct disbursement of closing funds
· Coordinate on behalf of the vendor with our accounting department to ensure vendor invoicing is processed in a timely manner
· Familiar with the tenant/owner eviction practices and work with law firms to facilitate. ·
· Interact with vendors to ensure overall cost efficiency of vendor pricing

Experience:

· Excellent communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette and a demonstrated ability to communicate professionally in verbal and written forms and instant messaging environment with teammates.
· Above average computer skills working in proprietary software environment · Ability to meet hard deadlines and work in fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Must pass pre-employment screening and undergo government suitability investigation.

5+ years experience working with REO properties and disposition processes. Government owned property experience a plus.
