  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
    • Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
    • Support the recruiting process by screening resumes and application forms and scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates.
    • Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
    • Address employee queries about benefits and other employee concerns.
    • Assist in the onboarding process, including meeting with new employees and facilitating their new hire paperwork and benefits enrollment.
    • Participate in organizing company events, including job fairs, employee celebrations, and customer visits.
    • Support the development of local social media presence for recruiting efforts.
    • Create and update internal fliers, newsletters, and internal documents as needed.
    • Collaborate with the Production team to support safety initiatives/activities.
    • Other duties as assigned or directed.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Experience with MS Office including excel.
    • Previous training or experience in office-related skills strongly preferred.
    • Possess strong written and oral communication.
    • Attentive to details and willing to learn.
    • The ability to maintain confidentiality and uses good judgment and discretion with highly confidential business.
    • Must possess teamwork ethics and customer service mentality.
