Job Description

ISN is seeking a Quality Control Manager to provide and ensure quality control for a large government contract providing mortgage loan servicing. Must have prior experience in mortgage servicing related quality control.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing mortgage servicing related quality control management to a large mortgage servicing program.
• Executing mortgage review test plans.
• Developing metric for and ensuring that service level objectives, internal and external audit process objectives, and accuracy and quality or met.
• Developing remediation strategies to ensure accuracy and quality and to mitigate potential losses.

Qualifications

• Forward and Reverse Mortgage Servicing Related Quality Control Experience
• Experience at the Management level, running and guiding the quality control for a large mortgage servicing program or project.
• Experience executing a mortgage review test plan.
• Experience developing metrics for and ensuring the level of servicing quality and solutions to meet the program’s service level objectives.
• Experience meeting the quality objectives for internal and external audit processes.
• Experience providing remediation to ensure accuracy and quality and to mitigate potential losses.
• All relevant experience must be from within the last four years to qualify.
