• Prep incoming checks to process
• Post payoffs, curtailment payments and loan payments
• Balance and deposit payments
• Additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
2 + years of office experience
1 + years of mortgage industry experience a plus
Data entry skills
10-key skills Background or Knowledge in FHA Guidelines
Familiarity with HUD guidelines.
Able to lift 30 lbs or more
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite and other specialized software applications
