    Job Description

    ABOUT THE DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

    • Maintain current PAAS library of training material (PowerPoints and printed documents) and develop new training material as needed.  Explore new software to improve the performance of PAAS training.
    • Provide maintenance and updating services to PAASbase which entails updating workers’ compensation and general liability classification guides, training manuals, and other PAASbase material as necessary.
    • Organize, schedule and develop material for all PAAS seminars and webinars – including company sponsored seminars, Basic Training (2X per year), webinars (6 per month), and presentations at industry events.
    • Perform customer service work such as selling PAAS training programs to customers, responding to technical questions, and holding the position of Chairperson for PAAS Educational Panel and Premium Fraud Panel – holding 8 meeting per year.
    • Ability to develop and publish materials focused on Premium Fraud initiatives.
    • Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
    • Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
    • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

    ABOUT YOU AND HOW YOU CAN EXCEL IN THIS ROLE

    • Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in accounting or another business study
    • At least 10 years premium audit experience – field or management
    • Insurance designation – at least the APA designation is desired
