IMPORTANT - Place of Performance Primary: Primarily within CONUS at private client‑controlled facilities and operational locations. Additional: Other client‑designated locations as necessary for mission‑critical activities and limited international (OCONUS) support. Travel: TDY, mission‑driven, following applicable travel policies.
What This Means in Practice • On‑site performance at private client‑controlled locations is the default. • No guarantee of telework; alternate arrangements must be explicitly authorized. • Personnel may rotate between: Headquarters/central program offices; regional technical/operational centers; field/project offices; secure operational sites. • OCONUS travel is possible but not continuous — generally short‑duration planning, coordination, or specific mission support.

Role Overview:
Provide operational reporting, financial tracking, and program coordination supporting ISR operations and casework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Compile weekly case and operational status reports
• Track budgets, obligations, and invoices tied to sensitive/undercover activity
• Maintain records within mission systems; manage property and assets
• Prepare briefings and summaries for leadership; coordinate stakeholders
Qualifications:
• Experience with controlled financial processes and investigative support
• Proficiency with reporting tools and documentation standards
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Secret/TS eligibility
Experience Required:
• 7+ years operations analysis, technical program support, or mission coordination
