CAREERSMART® LEARNING (a wholly owned division of ISYS Solutions, Inc.) is committed to providing unique, industry-relevant, interesting, and entertaining live and web-based seminars to healthcare and ancillary professionals.

We are seeking a Client Success Specialist (sales lead) who proactively plans, schedules and conducts routine effective outside sales and marketing activities. Enthusiastically solicits business and communicates the value of CareerSmart’s eLearning Course products and CreateSmart Design’s design services to prospective customers, including health plans and managed care providers, as well as various types of other businesses interested in providing online education to their employees or subscribers. Facilitates customer satisfaction through the sales cycle and cultivates long term relationships for account management and renewal of sales agreements in a manner consistent with CareerSmart’s corporate objectives, mission, values and philosophy.

REQUIRED:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in relationship sales and marketing in healthcare, specifically with local and national health plans and health insurance carriers, or targeting similar large institutional customers in the healthcare or eLearning industry.
• High School Diploma
• A proven track record of success in sales.
• Frequent driving and overnight travel and air travel

PREFERRED:

• BA or BS Degree
• Sales and marketing experience with eLearning, including custom and off the shelf content specific to healthcare and corporate compliance.

Salary: Base pay is $60,000.00 with the potential to make up to $100,000.00/year with commissions
