RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acquisition and service marketing to worker's compensation and insurance entities throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas.
• Researching and Identifying sales prospects and contacts that will increase market share and meet or exceed company defined sales objectives.
• Presenting services regularly to current or prospective customers in one on one or group settings.
• Interacting with current and potential customers and ensuring all service-based needs are met or exceeded.
• Communicating customer needs to ensure the best possible service delivery experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• B2B Outside Sales/Marketing/Customer Relations experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong ability to organize multiple work assignments and establish priorities.
• Strong ability to persuade and influence others in an ethical manner.
• Previous exposure to outside sales training and sales techniques
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated track record of previous outside sales success and growth.
• Strong ability to work independently.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Frequent driving and regular air and overnight travel.

PREFERRED:

• Knowledge of and/or experience within the Worker’s Compensation Industry
• Experience working as a Worker’s Compensation Claims Adjuster
• Experience working in Outside Sales/Marketing/Customer Relations to Worker’s Compensation Claims Adjusters

COMPENSATION: $65,000.00 salary and up to $95,000.00 with commission
