    Position Summary:

    This position is responsible for the management, maintenance, and implementation of ISlide's systems and technology

    Essential Functions:

    • Manage company systems, including but not limited to:
      • Monitoring automated system processes, identifying problems, and putting steps in place to fix problem
      • Troubleshooting system errors
      • Managing planning, communication, and execution of projects to improve and advance ERP system
      • Managing planning, communication, and execution of projects to integrate systems with ERP system, including EDI, E-commerce, and manufacturing partner, among others
      • Developing and adjusting queries to assist sales and operations
      • Assist in the growth of technologies separate from ERP system and identify opportunities for improvement in technological processes, including CRM and E-commerce platforms
      • Manage technology improvements as needed to further build company technological capabilities
    • Manage and implement company equipment and hardware, including but not limited to:
      • Coordinating office network and troubleshooting solutions when network fails
      • Securing and protecting company network and equipment
      • Selecting employee computers and other technology, onboarding new employees with technology, and supporting employee operation of technology
      • Cataloguing company-owned office technology
    • Document owned technological improvements to be used in training for new associates

    Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

    • 2+ years' experience in IT or a related field

    • Ability to work occasional nights and weekends

    • Ability to act with urgency to address vital system outages

    • Knowledge of industry technology trends

    • Problem solving skills

    • Oral and written communication skills

    • Organizing and planning skills

    • Customer service skills

    • Ability to interact with computer screens for long periods of time
