  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a driven IT Analyst II to deliver software solutions and maintain existing applications that support and optimize organizational operations. This role will provide application software development and technical support, analyze business and technical requirements, and participate in systems analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.

    Job Description:

    The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical problem-solving skills, efficiency, organizational ability, and technical acuity while working within the existing technology environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide application software development services and technical support.
    • Develop program logic for new applications.
    • Analyze and modify program logic in existing applications.
    • Code, test, debug, document, implement, and maintain software applications.
    • Analyze requirements and maintain, test, and integrate application components in a timely and cost-effective manner.
    • Perform systems analysis, design, and development activities, including:
      • Requirements
      • Design
      • Construction
      • Testing
      • Implementation
    • Work with defined business and technical requirements to develop software solutions for implementation within the current environment.
    • Identify and resolve sophisticated technical problems.
    • Maintain existing applications and support application functionality.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications

    Candidates must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:

    • High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 12 years of IT experience, OR
    • Associate's degree with a minimum of 8 years of IT experience, OR
    • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with a minimum of 5 years of IT experience.

    Other Requirements

    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Safety must be treated as the utmost priority.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
    • Basic PC skills.
    • Strong technical problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work with business and technical requirements.
    • Ability to develop and maintain software applications effectively.
