    To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

    · Provide daily operational support for shop floor IT systems and MES applications.

    · Assist in the maintenance, enhancement, and troubleshooting of MES and associated manufacturing systems.

    · Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and IT teams to support process improvements.

    · Conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate complex programs as needed.

    · Assist with testing, documentation, and validation activities related to system updates and enhancements.

    · Support plant system implementations or upgrades under senior team guidance.

    · Develop, update, and maintain system documentation and standard work instructions.

    · Participate in change control and deployment activities.

    · Build foundational expertise in manufacturing systems and shop floor data collection technologies.

    · Provide responsive customer support with a service-oriented mindset.

    · Must understand and apply core cybersecurity principles in IT environments including software configuration, development, identity and access management, data classification and labeling and adherence to company security policies and procedures as it relates to the role within IT.

    · Participation in cybersecurity awareness and role-specific training is required within 90 days of hire and on a recurring basis.


    This salary-exempt role is a part of our corporate Information Technology team and reports to the IT Shop Floor Systems Manager.

    Required experience:

    · Bachelor Degree (information systems or computer science) or equivalent experience.

    · Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of professional experience in the IT field.

    · One (1) year experience in manufacturing environments preferred.

    · Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.

    · Familiarity with servers, applications, or databases.

    · Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

    · Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based manufacturing environment.

    · Ability to read and write in English

    · Exposure to MES systems such as Activplant or FactoryTalk.

    · Basic SQL or database knowledge.

    · Manufacturing or industrial IT exposure.

  • Qualifications
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Surgical Unit, Outpatient Facility, Primary Care and/ OR Adult Health.
    • Retain current and unrestricted nursing license in the state in which the RN practices.
    • Retain current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA or MTN.
    • Knowledge of and ability to apply professional nursing principles, procedures, and techniques.
    • Ability to assess patient condition, recognize adverse signs and symptoms, and react swiftly in emergency situations.
    • Ability to set realistic, measurable education goals for patients, taking into consideration patient/family needs, level of understanding and available local resources.
    • Ability to develop and provide individualized and group counseling, guidance, and health instruction with the focus on disease prevention and health maintenance.
    • Ability to teach patients and/or families proper home health care activities, such as giving injections, taking blood pressures, changing wound dressings, etc.
    • Knowledge of pharmacological agents used in patient treatment, including desired effects, side effects, complications, and patient usage considerations.
    • Knowledge of the basic concepts of customer service techniques related to age-specific population.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills along with proper telephone etiquette.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, Electronic Medical Records and computer maneuverability.
    • Knowledge of pharmacology.
    • Must have exceptional diplomatic communication skills and experience in handling difficult customer situations.
    • Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
