NapX is looking for a motivated IT Intern to support our growing team with day-to-day technology needs. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days on-site and 3 days remote work. You will be the first point of contact for any IT-related issues across the company and play a key role in keeping our team productive and connected.
This is a hands-on opportunity where you’ll gain practical IT knowledge, work with a wide range of tools and software, and learn to solve real-world technology problems in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Act as the first line of support for all IT issues faced by team members. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues (remote and on-site as needed). Install, configure, and update applications and systems used across the organization. Assist in onboarding new team members by setting up devices and accounts. Ensure smooth operation of video conferencing, collaboration tools, and other daily-use software. Be on-call to respond to urgent IT issues when required. Document common issues and solutions to improve response time. What You’ll Learn:
