    This entry-level position is perfect for recent IT graduates or individuals with IT certifications. It is on-site at our Fred Anderson dealership in Greer, SC.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Prioritization and response to support requests in the ticketing system

    • Provide end-user support for computer system, device, access, software, hardware, and network issues

    • Prepares, deploys, and installs new hardware, software, and workstations

    • Available for after-hours support

    • Research and resolution of technical problems of moderate complexity

    • Identifying and escalating complex issues when required

    • Assisting as needed with department projects, which can include travel to remote locations

    Qualifications

    • Requires a proficient understanding of computing, operating systems, and network technology

    • Basic technical knowledge of current dealership systems

    • Ability to work independently with remote supervision or in a group environment

    • Ability to continuously broaden technical knowledge base through on-the-job training and experience

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
