Candidate Location: Must be a CURRENT SC resident. No Relocation allowed.

Work Location: 3 days remote, 2 days onsite

5 Years with Government IT Projects as a Business Analyst or in related roles

5 Years experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business rules, processes, and requirements.

1+ years of hands on experience with the system development life cycle (SDLC).

1+ years of experience with SQL database.

A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related area and experience in computer system development and modification. Relevant experience may substitute for the BA degree on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred Skills

International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certifications such asCBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA).

Certification such as PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).

Experience using JIRA and Microsoft Office products.
