This is a high-impact role at the center of Technology leadership partnering with the CTO and IT COO to drive financial clarity, workforce strategy, and operational excellence across a complex tech organization. Your work will directly influence decision-making, priorities, and execution at the highest level. You won’t just report on the business—you’ll help run it. What You’ll Do

• Own financial planning and rolling forecasts, turning data into clear insights and actions
• Deliver executive-ready reporting and drive leadership operating rhythms
• Manage workforce data, headcount planning, and organizational visibility
• Oversee vendor and contract tracking, ensuring accurate financial and resource alignment
• Support technology roadmap planning by connecting financials, workforce, and delivery timelines

Requirements

• 10+ years in technology business management, finance, or operations
• Experience supporting senior leaders in large, matrixed environments
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complexity
• Executive-level communication skills and sharp attention to detail
• Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities
