Job Title: IT Consultant - Engineering Information System Management

Consultant tasks for Application Management/Maintenance may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Engineering Information System Management
Manage multiple engineering information system applications in a Microsoft-centric development environment across a range of internal network platforms.
a. Coordination with TD System Administration for various engineering information systems, including daily administration, preventative maintenance, installation of patches, fixes, and overall system upgrades.
b. Engineering Department applications that integrate and/or access electronic documents, including management of electronic document management systems, design and development, document publishing, Intranet integration, and network deployment.
c. Providing full system planning cycle services for Engineering Information Systems development, including all system-related functionality such as business process identification, modeling recommendations for operational process efficiencies, performance analysis, security, account management, documentation, etc.
d. Coordinating with the Technology Department with the creation of Engineering enterprise application server development packages and environments and server access requests
e. Assistant/Coordinate Technology Department for new software initiatives and/or Hardware upgrade processing.
