    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and outgoing IT Consulting Sales Manager to drive new business and strategic growth for our IT services, with a particular focus on Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce consulting offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, and a passion for helping clients solve complex business challenges through digital transformation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Drive sales of IT consulting services, with an emphasis on Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, and related digital transformation services.

    Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.

    Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

    Develop and present compelling proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and pitches tailored to client needs.

    Collaborate with internal delivery and marketing teams to ensure seamless handoff and client success.

    Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

    Represent NextRow Digital at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 5 years of experience selling IT consulting or professional services, preferably with a focus on Adobe Experience Cloud and/or Salesforce.

    Strong understanding of digital marketing, enterprise platforms, and customer experience technologies.

    Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

    Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Energetic, outgoing personality with a hunter mentality and a strong desire to win.

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

    Preferred Skills:

    Familiarity with digital experience platforms, martech ecosystems, and CMS/DXP solutions.

    Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth IT services environment.

    Prior experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for sales tracking and management.
